All GR's Bijou Collection jewellery is designed to a high quality with the use of high grade metals and plating to ensure jewellery lasts over time. Though our jewellery is made with high quality materials, precious metals can still experience wear and tear over time if not properly taken care of. Here are some tips to help maintain the shine of your jewellery and have your pieces last longer:

• Store your jewellery in a cool dark place, in the GR's Bijou Collection drawstring case provided with your order.
• Prevent your jewellery pieces from rubbing together or knocking surfaces.
• Clean your jewellery with the soft cloth provided in your order.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions and harsh chemicals (Ensure your body lotions have absorbed into your skin before putting on your jewellery).
• Remove pieces when bathing, swimming and showering.
• Remove jewellery before sleeping to refrain from damage done by yourself.

Alongside the item/s you have purchased, all GR's Bijou Collection jewellery orders include: A GR's Bijou Collection satin drawstring pouch, a jewellery care guide and a jewellery cleaning cloth.

Items from our store may be put on 'pre-order'. These items are made to order. If your order contains an in-stock item as well as pre-order item, it will be subject to our pre-order delivery time frame (read here). We advise that if you would like an in-stock item delivered quicker, place a separate order to your pre-order one.

Please note that all sales are final for pre-order items and they cannot be cancelled.

After receiving an order confirmation, please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be processed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes full tracking information. After shipping please allow the time scales below for delivery:

UK standard delivery (FREE): 1-2 working days after your order has been processed & shipped.

International standard delivery (£10.99. FREE for orders over £150): up to 10 working daysafter your order has been processed & shipped.

Customised & Pre-order items 

After receiving an order confirmation, please allow 2-5 weeks for customised and pre-order items to be designed. Once design is complete you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include full tracking information. After shipping customised and pre-order items, the delivery time scales above will apply.  

If your order contains an in-stock item as well as a customised/ pre-order item, it will be subject to the 2-5 week design time frame and delivery time frame. We advise that if you would like an in-stock item delivered quicker, place a separate order to your customised/pre-order one.
